Cancellation Policy

At Reborn Trails, we understand that plans may change, and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. To ensure a fair and transparent process for both property owners and guests, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Periods:

For bookings canceled 30 days or more prior to the check-in date, guests will receive a full refund of the booking amount.

For bookings canceled between 5-10 days prior to the check-in date, guests will receive a partial refund, subject to deduction of a cancellation fee of 10%.

For bookings canceled 5 days or less prior to the check-in date, no refund will be provided.

Refund Processing:

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 2-5 business days after the cancellation request has been approved.

The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking.

Property Owner's Cancellation:

In the unlikely event that a property owner needs to cancel a confirmed booking, Reborn Trails will make every effort to assist the guest in finding an alternative accommodation of similar or superior quality.

If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, the guest will receive a full refund for the booking amount.

Force Majeure:

In cases of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond anyone's control (such as natural disasters, government regulations, or travel restrictions), both guests and property owners may be entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.

Reborn Trails will review force majeure claims on a case-by-case basis and make a fair determination regarding the refund.

Modifications:

Guests who wish to modify their booking, such as changing the dates or property, can do so based on availability and with the agreement of the property owner.

Any changes made to the booking may be subject to additional charges or adjustments in the booking amount.

Communication and Documentation:

All cancellations must be requested through the Reborn Trails platform.

Guests and property owners are encouraged to maintain open and clear communication regarding cancellations, modifications, and refund expectations.

Please note that individual properties listed on our website may have specific cancellation policies that override the general policy stated here. It is essential to review the specific cancellation policy of each property before making a booking.
